Josh Hawkins founded Resourceful Talent Acquisition (RTA) Strategies on the principles of reliability, transparency, and accountability.

Serving as the VP of Client and Talent Management, these principles have provided the foundation for Josh to maintain his commitment to building solid and personalized relationships, enabling him to attract top talent in highly competitive markets while consistently delivering long-term results and exceeding clients' expectations. 

With over ten years of experience in recruiting, account management, and business development, Josh has gained valuable insights into the unique challenges faced by both sides of the hiring equation. This has enabled him to provide innovative, customized, and effective recruitment strategies that help clients attract and retain top talent while also providing job seekers with the guidance and support they need to succeed.

Originally from Nebraska, Josh excelled on the field and in the classroom earning Academic All-American honors with the Midland University Men's Soccer team while earning his bachelor's degree in Business Administration.

Outside the office, Josh enjoys running, reading, traveling, and spending time with friends and family.
